Update from Autodesk - Introduction to Global Event Platform (GEP)
As has been previously announced, please find below the details of the new Global Event Platform (GEP) and the important dates for the changes.
The new Global Event Platform is for all ATC partners in the following countries:
- USA, Canada, Brazil, Peru, Chile, Columbia, Argentina, Mexico
- Korea, Japan, Australia, New Zealand
- Turkey, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria, Bosnia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Croatia, Russia
Important Dates:
Events taking place before 11th of FEB
- Will not be migrated into GEP as the GEP front end for customers goes live on the 11th of FEB.
- For past events and events taking place before the 11th of Feb, please use the PEP and the entry below as before.
Events taking place after 11th of FEB
- Please start setting up your events that take place after the 11th of FEB, using the new GEP platform.
- Please use the entry point below to access GEP.
- All data of events, that take place after the 11th of February will be transitioned from PEP into GEP automatically.
What you need to do:
1. Get informed!
- Watch a training session online - go to Partner Portal > News & Events > Global Event Platform
- Listen to the AutoCast – go to Partner Portal > News & Events > Global Event Platform
- Read the Reseller Manual – download from Partner Portal > News & Events > Global Event Platform
2. Transfer events manually that take place after February 11, 2013 to the GEP – events already created in the PEP that occur after Feb 11 will not be migrated to the GEP.
