ATC Software for 2014 update

To help with the planning for the launch of subscription based software for ATCs, we are providing an updated FAQ, and some recommended actions you can take to start preparing for the launch.

You can also start announcing this change to the ATCs, and we have provided a template announcement and an FAQ for the ATCs for your use. You can access this here.

ACTION REQUIRED:
Please log in to Partner Center and check whether you can see the Order Management link, and access Order Management. Please confirm back to Engage whether you can access Partner Center and Order Management.

ACTION REQUIRED:
Please send the announcement below to your ATCs advising them of the change in software supply process and have them provide lists of software they actually use in their training facilities. You will need to know
-  which products or Suites, and how many seats of each product they need
-  whether the products are standalone or networked license (NLM)
This list will be the basis of the orders you will be placing for them, and we will supply a list of the order codes you will need for all software provided in the ATC program.

ACTION REQUIRED:
Please ensure that you have registered in Partner Database (PDB)
-  the correct CSN for each ATC site; this will be used to identify the ATC when you place an order
-  the email address of the person at the ATC site who will receive the notifications of the orders (usually the ATC site manager); you will need this for the serial number details to reach the ATC

ACTION REQUIRED:
Please also provide your ATCs with the attached FAQ; please do NOT use any FAQ provided for ATC distributors’ use.
