Configuration required for Centre Search in ITS

Certification exam candidates often use the Centre Search tool on the Autodesk Online (https://autodesk.starttest.com/) to determine the exams available at Autodesk Certification Centres (ACCs).

The availability of an exam at a centre is determined by the configuration settings the centre has enabled within Autodesk Online. If this is not configured correctly, the centre search tool will not be able to provide correct information nor show all available centres to a candidate.

It is important that each of your ACCs update Autodesk Online with the correct list of exams available for testing at their centre.  The process to do this can be found by clicking here.

This will need to be continuously updated and maintained by the centres, so when new exam(s) are released Distributors should remind ACCs to update their configuration settings.
