Update on Autodesk FY14 Serial Number Subscription Process
As you should be aware, in early April, a number of Autodesk 2014 products will be released.
At that point, you will need to be ordering products for the ATCs from the Order Management tool in the Autodesk Partner Center. You should all now have attended at least 1 webinar which provides an overview of what to expect.
As we finalise the development of the system in the coming days, Engage and Autodesk will be communicating regularly to check your access to the system to allow you to place orders for your ATCs.
Thank you for your support in executing the critical enhancement to the ATC program.
ACTION: after the 24th March, please log in to Partner Center and confirm to Engage
• That you can log in
• You can see and access the “Order Management” tool
• You can see 2014 NFR products (some products will be available AFTER April 2nd)
ACTION: Please review the FAQs and presentation materials available from Autodesk and Engage, and review the Order Management training and information materials available on Autodesk Partner Portal.
ACTION: Please ensure that you have up to date information about the ATCs, especially:
• The products they are entitled to use
• The CSN for the ATC
• The email address of the ATC contact who will be responsible for their use of the subscription center
