FY14 Serial Numbers with Subscription now available

We would like to inform you that the list with the FY14 product SKU’s and the FCS (First Customer Shipment) list is now available for you to use to place orders for 2014 serial numbers.

This list is intended to provide an alternative source of information to the online product catalog in Partner Center.

Both of these documents will also be made  available on the ATC Geo-Portal. Please do not release these lists to ATC Partners.

To assist you with placing the orders for your ATCs, there is also a list with the FY14  Product Suites and which products are included in each Suite.

Please note that the release dates in the provided Product FCS list are as planned during Q1. These dates are subject to change and Autodesk accepts no responsibility for any consequence arising from any FCS date being changed.  Furthermore, this list may be updated from time to time and is intended for ATC Distributor use only.
The SKU list is believed to be correct at the time of publishing. This list may also be updated from time to time as new products are released or any required changes are identified.

ACTION:

Autodesk recommends that all ATC distributors, as soon as you have access to Partner Center Order Management, and 2014 NFR products are released, place an order for yourself for a product on subscription. This will allow you to process an order all the way through to completion and to gain access to an account on Subscription Center. This will ensure that the process is working for your area and that you have visibility of the subscription center as used by your ATCs.

To place an order for yourself, order a product with subscription, set up a new subscription contract for yourself, and use your CSN both as the customer CSN and the dealer CSN. You will then be able to add other products to your subscription contract if you need to test anything in the future.
