Update on FY14 Serial Numbers

On behalf of Autodesk Education, I wish to apologise again for the issues we have had in processing orders for 2014 software for ATCs during the transition to fulfillment by NFRs on subscription.

We continue to encounter a number of technical and data issues which have prevented us from getting you access to the order tools and from releasing all the necessary SKUs to process the orders from the ATCs.

However I would also like to let you know that many of the initial issues have now been resolved, and globally over 14,000 line items have been now processed, which has resulted in the distribution of over 155,000 seats of software to our ATCs.

Please continue to escalate system access or technical issues to Engage following the new escalation process which can be downloaded here. This process has been put in place to be able to provide a response as fast as possible.

We would like also to communicate to the ATCs about the issues, so we have prepared a message below which you can use to explain the situation to the ATCs.

Please issue the message below to your ATC managers as a message from Autodesk Education.

Thank you for your continued patience and understanding while we work through these order processing issues.

ATC Managers

As you will be aware, Autodesk Education is in the process of a transition to software fulfillment on subscription for ATCs. I would like again to apologise for the current delays in some cases in processing orders for certain products or certain ATCs.

We are addressing a number of technical issues with product SKU lists and contact management systems which prevented us in some cases from processing orders when Autodesk products were released to the market.

I would however like to let you know that many of the initial issues have now been resolved, and globally over 14,000 line items have been now processed, which has resulted in the distribution of over 155,000 seats of software to ATCs.

The project escalation team from many departments in Autodesk is continuing to identify the causes of the problems and to escalate them to be fixed or to identify workarounds.

Thank you for your continued understanding and patience as we resolve the remaining issues; we will be working closely with the ATC distributors to process all orders as quickly as we can.
