IMPORTANT NOTICE: ATC PDB and Evaluation system downtime for maintenance

There will be an update to the Partner database (PDB and to the Online Evaluation system), to expand the database to reflect new Autodesk market and territory types, and to simplify the management of distributor partner type data.

In addition, reporting on both systems is being enhanced to allow data to be filtered on the new territory, market or distributor types. Please refer to the document  which you can download HERE for details.
 
In order to make the changes, the first PDB and then the evaluation system will be taken offline for a brief period.

The scheduled downtimes are:
 
Partner Database (PDB) Tuesday 30th July between 8:00 and 9:00 EST for a few minutes only

Online Evaluation System Wednesday 31st July between 8:00 and 9:00 EST for approx. 10 minutes
 
Note: no changes in the evaluation system affect functionality as seen by the ATCs or the customers.
 
ACTION REQUIRED: Please notify your ATCs of the downtime to the Evaluation system
