Reports Disabled on Program Workshop

Recently Autodesk disabled certain reports that have been available through your Program Workshop account. The purpose of this communication is to provide the reasons for this action.

 
When a certification candidate establishes his or her profile in the ITS system and when a candidate starts any Autodesk certification exam, all candidates must review and consent to the Autodesk Certification Program Agreement. In this agreement, Autodesk states that the personal information provided by the candidate is stored in a system in the United States, and further, Autodesk warrants that this personal information will only be available to third parties for the purposes of processing certifications, scheduling exams, delivering exams, and processing fees.
 
Certain reports  include candidate data that is personal, and therefore protected by the Agreement. It is our intent to provide the Global Distributor, Regional Distributors, and Autodesk Certification Centers with the data necessary to support the certification program. However, we will be limited in the specific information relating to Personal Information we can provide in these reports  in order to comply with the agreement with the candidates.
 
The Autodesk certification team is actively involved with the Autodesk legal department in determining what specific candidate data may be released to Autodesk third parties, under what conditions, and for what purposes. Until we have final approval from Autodesk legal relating to the use of the data, we regret to inform you that these reports will not be available.
