Change to login for ATC Evaluation System from February 1st 2014
As of February 1st, all accesses by the ATCs to the Evaluation System will be through the Identity Manager (which you are now using to access PDB); the current login to the Evaluation System through Partner Portal will be withdrawn.
You will need to make sure that every ATC has at least one contact in PDB, and that contact has the access role for the Evaluation System. Contacts can be given logins as needed within the Identity Manager, and no further updates will need to be made to WAM to provide a login. The Identity Manager is now available, and you can now start this process of setting up the Evaluation System users.
Logins will be linked to the users’ contact records in PDB, so any ATC manager or administrator who needs to log in to the Evaluation System must have
- A contact record in PDB affiliated to the sites they manage/administer (some site managers are currently only listed as information on the Site record, and do not have a separate Contact record)
- That contact record assigned the “ATC Partner” role in Identity Manager
- That contact receives from IdP an email to reset their password and gain access to their systems

Important Notice to ATC Managers
As of February 1st, the current login to the Evaluation System through Partner Portal will be withdrawn. A new login mechanism will be available, allowing you to log into the Evaluation System. Later, other ATC-related systems will be included in the same login.
Further details on how to access the system will be provided before February 1st.
ACTION: Please ensure you notify your distributor as soon as possible of any users who need access to the Evaluation system.
ACTION: When you receive an email from the Education Identity Manager, click the link to reset your password and log in to gain access to the Evaluation System.
