Availability of Academic Partner Certificates

Autodesk Education is pleased to announce the availability of various certificates for use by the Academic partners with their customers.

Engage has now posted onto the Distributor Portal the source files for the following Academic Partners Assets:

Academic Partner Certificate of Course Completion (for Authorized courses offered by Academic Partners)
- These are to be used for courses offered by the academic partners.

Academic Partner Certificate of Project Completion (for student projects)
- These are for use by Academic Partners who are supporting students and educators in creating and running academic projects; these are to recognize the achievements of students who have participated in completed projects.

Academic Partner Certificate of Participation (for recognition of attendance at an event which does not constitute a training or academic project)
- These certificates may be used by Academic Partners to recognize attendance of academic customers on events and activities which are not formal training classes or projects.

Distributors are authorised to produce physical copies of these and make them available to the Academic Partners. In return the Academic Partners are expected to provide a list of people who have been given these certificates.

Please ensure that your Academic Partners provide this information to you regularly. To assist you with tracking this, please use the Academic Partner Certificate Usage Report which can be downloaded from the Geo- Portal (Support >> Academic Partner Marketing Resources)

IMPORTANT NOTE:

The Certificate of Course Completion and the Partner Certificate of Project Completion will be transferred to the Evaluation System in the future. At that time, we will ask you to stop producing these certificates in printed form. We will not be including the Academic Partner Certificate of Participation in the Evaluation system, and partners will continue to be free to use these at their discretion.
These files must NOT be released to the Academic Partners; partners must apply to their regional distributor and receive printed versions.
