Update on 2015 Software

Autodesk is aware that there have been a number of unexpected issues with subscription renewals relating to the NFR licenses, and with 2015 software order SKUs not appearing as expected in the self-service Order Entry facility, and with 2015 downloads not appearing in the ATCs’ subscription accounts.

These issues are under investigation and we would ask you please to continue to log cases so that we can investigate the causes of these issues, and identify any new issues.
