Licensing Manager for NLM version with upgrades

There is a known issue with NLM upgrades.

Please share the below information with your ATCs:
If you upgrade your license for an Autodesk product to 2015 and you are using NLM 11.11 from the 2014 release, you will get a 0.0.0 error.

Prior to 2015 it was recommended upgrading to the latest version of the License Manager, however having an earlier version was not preventing latest license files to be read and work correctly so, we do not have a specific statement about this portion.

Starting in 2015 it became mandatory upgrading to the latest version (11.12) otherwise 2015 products won’t get a license (error [0.0.0]). If you are installing a new version of Autodesk software on a network, you must download and install the latest version of the Network License Manager to successfully activate your software. See How to Install the Network License Manager for more information.

There are several blogs and information outside however you can use the following Autodesk Knowledge Network  document as the official statement. For more information on the 0.0.0 error code, please click here:

Solution:
In order to resolve this issue, you will need to install Network License Manager 11.12 and the software can be obtained on the following link: Latest version of the Autodesk Network License Manager.
