Reporting enhancements to Partner Database (PDB) for Academic Partners and New Partner Type

The PDB will be enhanced in July to extend the reporting capabilities of the PDB to report fully on Academic Partner related activities. The existing reports work basically as before, but now have some extra fields to filter/select; new reports are set up to work the same way as the existing reports.

There will also be a new partner type added  for the Membership program.

Extensions to existing reports

The following reports are enhanced to allow reporting on AAP-specific CSNs

• Site report
• ORG Report
• Contact report
• Site accreditations report
• Qualifications by Site report
• Site Journal entries report
• Site attributes report
• Serial numbers report

The site report has also been extended to allow reporting of AAP appointment date and AAP subtype.
The static accreditations counts report has been extended to show counts by country for various combinations of site AAP and/or ATC accreditations.

New Membership Partner Type.

For those organizations (e.g. Unions, trade or industry associations) being signed on using the Membership Partner program, a new partner type is being created to allow us to differentiate them from ATC or Academic Partner. The new partner type works the same way as existing partner types.
