Templates for ATC & AAP Letter of Authorization

Autodesk is releasing today templates of the new Letters of Authorization which can be used to provide an ATC or Academic Partner with a formal statement of their appointment by Autodesk as a partner. 

 
This letter will be valid for the program year in which it is provided.

You are authorized to use these templates to create, on Autodesk’s behalf, an Authorization letter if a partner asks for one.
Please only provide printed copies; do not provide electronic copies of the word document.

Note; the templates contain yellow highlight sections which need to be replaced with the ATC/AAP name, the email of the distributor, and the date of the letter.

Note also: a function to automate production of these letters will be built into PDB in the near future, at which point we will discontinue the use of the Word templates.
You can access the letters by going to the Geo-distributor Portal (www.atcgeoportal.net)  and typing in 'ATC' or 'AAP' in the document section.
