New - Inventory Exchange Self -Service

We are pleased to release to you the “Inventory self-exchange” feature on Program Workshop. We have built this component based on your feedback and requirement to manage your inventory better .

This feature will allow you to exchange your current inventory based on the following rules:

• The product year (e.g.: 2013, 2014 etc.) is the same. Please do note, on the product year,  you CANNOT exchange an older exam e.g. 2013 exam with a newer 2014 exam. The feature will however allow you to exchange a newer exam e.g.: 2014 with an older exam e.g. 2012. Once exchanged with an older exam year, you will NOT be able to exchange it for a newer exam year.
• The product type (e.g.: Professional, Associate etc.) is the same
