Autodesk - major systems maintenance - Oct 6th 14:00hrs Eastern Standard Time - for 4 hours

We are scheduling a major maintenance window for all Autodesk exam systems on Monday October 6th from 2PM to 6PM Eastern Standard Time.

During this upgrade, the database supporting the Autodesk certification program will be moved to a dedicated server to better serve the program in the future. Moving the database to a dedicated server will improve the overall support for exam delivery globally, and also streamline future maintenance operations. During this 4-hour maintenance window the entire program will be unavailable to both administrative users and test takers.

You will not be able to schedule or deliver exams during this time window.

All scheduled exam deliveries should be complete by 14:00 hrs EST on the 6th October.

We’ve analysed data based on the times that tests were started over the last 12 months, and have selected this Monday afternoon’s window due to the relatively small number of test-takers during these hours.

Can we request you to let us know  ONLY IF YOU HAVE an event scheduled during this time period – before your close of business on Monday 29th of September. You will also need to inform the ATCs and the ACCs on this system maintenance. The recommended text for use in your email to them is given below this message. We will also be posting this update on the ATC Portal and the ATC Geo-Portal on Tuesday the 30th.

During this 4-hour maintenance window the entire program will be unavailable to both administrative users and test takers.  You will not be able to schedule or deliver exams during this time Window. Any exams in progress during this time will be terminated.

Can we request you to not schedule and/or deliver any exams during this period - October 6th 2014, 1400 hrs to 1800 hrs – Eastern Standard Time.
