IMPORTANT: New DocuSign e-Signature For ATC & AAP Agreements - Your Help Required

As per the Enablement call in November, Autodesk recently adopted a web-based service so documents can be signed electronically. This service has been adopted to make it easier to conduct business with the ATC/ AAP partners.


This means it will no longer be necessary for you to prepare, sign and send paper ATC/ AAP agreements.

Each existing ATC/ AAP agreement will be re-issued and all new ATC and AAP agreements will be signed using DocuSign.

In order to roll this out for all ATC and AAP partners globally, we require your valued assistance.
 

IMPORTANT ACTION :
 

Please complete the 3 following steps:


1) Please communicate to your ATCs/ AAP's that they will be receiving an automatically generated email with their new agreement.
If they are an ATC and an AAP, they will receive 2 seperate agreements that they need to sign electronically using DocuSign. The electronic agreements will be sent to the Legal Contact listed in the PDB and not to the ATC Site Manager.
 
Timeline for issuing new agreements:

  • AAP's will start to receive agreements from 9th February onwards.
  • ATCs will start to receive agreements from 23rd February onwards.


Please note if a partner is an ATC and AAP, they will receive 2 seperate agreements for them to sign.
Please confirm to Engage by Friday, 6th February that you have informed your partners about this change.
 
2) If you have any Academic Partners (either AAPs only or ATCs who have added the AAP status) then please click Master Agreement Tracker to complete the form by Friday, 6th February and send to Engage.
 
3)  Please ensure that you update all  ATC and AAP status entries at the ORG level in the PDB only once you have renewed their membership for FY16.
Please click Steps on how to update the PDB to show you what needs to be done.
 
NOTE: If this step is not completed correctly in PDB, then we will be unable to issue any new agreements.
