Online Testing Tool: New Feature

We are pleased to announce that a new feature has been added to the Online Testing tool (ITS).

The new feature allows Proctors to view examinees usernames to grant access if login information is forgotten.

This new feature has been created to enable the ATCs to grant access to the Online Testing Tool for those candidates who do not know the email address used on this system. The ATC will no longer be required to contact ITS for help in this instance.
