ATC Portal Online Guide

We are pleased to announce that a new Online version of the ATC Portal Guide is now available on your ATC Regional Portal.
Please visit the ATC Regional Portal (www.atcportal.net) and click on Support in the Main Menu to get access to the Online Guide.

This Guide includes all the step-by-step instructions on how to update the ATC Portal.

In more detail it includes the following:

• The overall ATC Portal Structure.
• How to create/edit Articles.
• How to upload and share Documents using the Document Management extension called Edocman.
• How to send an Email using the Newsletter and Email creator.
• How to schedule a new Event in the Community Calendar.
• How to Create new Events in the Enablement Section.

Important: the ATC Online Guide is visible only to the Administrators.
