IMPORTANT: GEP Shut Down 1st April For Customers In Phase 1 Countries
We would like to inform you about some important upcoming changes regarding the Global Event Platform (GEP). Please share this information with your partners.
The transition time for the event tools in the following countries: UK/Ireland, DACH, ANZ and Brazil (phase 1 GEMS countries) ends on 1st April 2016.
Please be aware that the GEP will be closed down for customers on 1st April 2016 in these countries. From that day onwards only events set up in GEMS will be visible to and can be searched for by our customers on the Autodesk websites in these phase 1 countries.
As a partner or Autodesk employee you can still access the backend of GEP to enter your attendee numbers for ROI reporting. Please also download any data that you need from GEP e.g. registrant informations.
The backend of the GEP will close permanently to all partners and Autodesk employees on 30th June and the GEP can no longer be accessed.
IMPORTANT: If you have any partners who don't have access to GEMS, then Regional Distributors should post events on their behalf. Please ensure that you inform your partners on how they can send you the event request information so that you can post it on GEMS on their behalf. In addition, please inform your partners if you wish to charge for this service or if you will be doing this for free.
