EPEQ Q3 Focus Announcement
Thank you for all the work you have put in to EPEQ in Q2. We will be reviewing all the feedback from your partners and prioritising actions based on that feedback! Much appreciated!
Now for the Q3 campaign. Please find below the topics we would like you to focus on for your Q3 EPEQ calls.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note also that when you make the calls, you must use the new Q3 ORG Journal Entry, so we can tell the difference between Q2 and Q3 EPEQ calls. The new Journal Entry is “FY20 Q3 EPEQ Campaign”
The topics to concentrate on are as follows
1. ACI compliance and instructor authorization to train
a. Ensure all ATCs and AAPs with newly awarded ACI Standard or Silver Tier instructors are reminded of the 100% requirement for their staff to use TES to register courses and issue surveys to training participants. If the partner is not familiar with TES, Distributor could share location of User Guides and previous training enablement sessions.
b. Ensure all new, approved instructors, who were approved to train after 01 AUG 2019, meet the 3-month suggested target to earn an ACI Standard Badge; per the Program Guide, the ACI instructor requirement for all ATCs and AAPs is 50% in FY20 — is ATC or AAP on track to meet the 50% requirement by the end of year?
c. Ensure all existing instructors granted standard level are on track to maintain ACI credential. The next review for this group of ACI Instructors is FY21 1H
d. Ensure all instructors are affiliated to correct sites
e. Ensure all products taught by each instructor are registered in PDB as qualifications in their Instructor contact profile
f. Ensure all affiliated instructors have access to Autodesk Learning Central (ALC)
g. Ensure all partners understand requirements for their instructors to gain the next ACI level
h. Give information on how to see the data on who has what ACI badges
2. Site software subscription contracts
a. Confirm number and location of all classrooms
b. Confirm number of seats in use, and products per seat, in all classrooms
c. Check subscription contract for products / seat-counts issued
d. Check number of surveys for these products – if products are not being taught, query why they are on the contract; also explain Distributor will de-activate products not being taught
e. X-check which instructors are qualified for all these products
f. Ensure subscription contract number and expiry date is registered in PDB
3. Make sure partners understand the need to use TES, not only for instructor qualification, but also to meet minimum requirements for ALP
a. Are they familiar with the new instructor approval flow?
b. Do they have access to the user guides to assist users to use TES and submit surveys?
Your EPEQ templates will be updated with this information.
On behalf of Autodesk and Engage we wish you a successful Q3 campaign, and we look forward to further insights into the partners and their business, as well as the continued clean-up of partner and instructor data.
