No change to multi-user and network licenses for Education customers

In the February 17, 2020, Channel News, you may have seen the article titled “Autodesk to Retire Subscriptions with Multi-user Access and Maintenance Plans,” as referenced below. We would like to clarify that this change only impacts commercial customers at this time. There is no change to multi-user and network licenses and accompanying maintenance plans (support and dot release upgrades), made available to Qualified Educational Institutions through the Autodesk Education Community. In addition, there is no change to current ALP NFR PED SKUs. Our current state in fulfillment with Learning Partners will remain intact.

We continually evaluate our customers’ buying preferences with the goal of providing attractive and flexible choices, now and in the future. To serve our customers better, we are moving completely to plans based on people instead of serial numbers, and announcing the following changes:
⦁ Introducing new plans for named users, tailored to the size and needs of our customers
⦁ Retiring all plans relying on serial numbers and offering new trade-in offers
⦁ Changing prices to encourage renewals and trade-ins

Familiarize yourself with the benefits of these plans and the retirement of existing plans by taking these actions:

1. Bookmark this page on One Team Source (OTS). It will be your single source of information during the Transition to Named User.

2. Review the following information and training on OTS:
