IMPORTANT: Autodesk SKU Simplification Order Processing Delay

Autodesk will be performing SKU Simplification cutover on September 6. This will impact Purchase Order submission, Manual Order Entry, Partner Center, and Partner Web Services for all regions.

Self-Service and Manual Orders

PO submission for manual order processing with existing SKU will remain open until September 3 at 11:59PM (local time) across all regions.
Orders: Self Service (Partner Center & Partner Web Services) and Client Services manual order processing with existing SKU will remain open through September 5 at 11:59PM (local time) at which time all orders will be blocked for processing and access.

All systems will be available to process New SKU orders by 6:00AM (local time) on September 7 for most regions. Since systems run on UTC time the following countries will not be able to process orders until 00:00 UTC which is represented below in local time:

Singapore/China at 8:30AM local time
Japan/Korea at 9:30AM local time
Australia/New Zealand at 12:30PM local time
