New Process for Managing Partner Company Name Change Requests
Dear Distributor,
Please find enclosed the latest version of the Company Name Change Form.
The following steps are be followed when receiving a Name Change request from a Learning Partner...
- Process the name change accordingly (update TES; update CSN; update ATC Locator; compile new Partner Agreement, should the name change apply to an ORG).
- Add a General Journal entry to record the actioned request which took place.
- Upload the Name Change Form into the PDB record of the ATC making the name change request.
- The ATC legal signing party who approved the Name Change Form should also be indicated in PDB.
Please note:
- Only the new form is to be used moving forward.
- Distributor is to ensure that the person signing the form has permission to make the request, and that the legal signing party on record knows the request was sent. This confirmation with legal signing party contacts is to be managed by the Distributor.
