ALP Termination Process in PDB - For Distributors

Dear Distributors,

Please review this FY23 Terminations Process in order for you to update the Partner Database accordingly.

If you haven't done so already, kindly send us the list of ALPs Sites to be fully terminated.

Follow these instructions:

Please create a spreadsheet with the list of partners that includes the following information and send it to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.:

- Partner Organisation and Site ID Name
- ORG ID
- Site ID
- CSN number
- License Subscription contract number
- Contacts to be removed from ATC Portal (Emails)

We will appreciate a confirmation once you have completed the PDB updates.
