Dear Distributors,

One of the benefits for ALP partners when they become part of the Autodesk Learning Partner Program, is the visibility on the Partner Locator.

For new partners:


In order for the partner to be visible on the Partner Locator, a form should be completed in its entirety with the required information about the company and sent to the Distributor Support Team at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Expect 1-2 business days processing time.

For existing partners that wish to request locator information updates:

Please note that our team can only change the information marked in blue in the screen shot here above.


For the information marked in red, if it needs to be updated, the distributors will need to open a case in Partner Center with the Company Name/Address Change form instead.
The Partner Locator form should not be sent to Partner Center.


In the subject title please make sure that you add “Customer Master – CSN update”.
Example: Customer Master – ATC CSN update/Company name/Country
