Dear Distributors,
We have noticed that there has been a delay in solving the cases you open with Partner Center.
In order to avoid any complications, we would like to provide clear instructions on how to raise the cases to ensure that they are assigned to the correct group.
For CSNs Requests/Address or Company Name changes:
- Please add "CUSTOMER MASTER TEAM" in the subject line.
- Example: New CSN Request - CUSTOMER MASTER TEAM - Associate Partner Type - (Add country or region…)
For other requests:
- Please add "Not EDU" in the subject line.
By following these instructions, you can help streamline the case resolution process and ensure that the cases are assigned to the appropriate group.
