Dear Distributors,
Here’s a summary of how the Distributor Support Team can assist you for queries related to the access to Partner Center, Partner Locator and ATC Portal:
Once you have activated a new partner, please send us the details mentioned below to request the following:
Partner Center Access
- We provide access to Partner Center to the site managers only initially, as they should then register the instructors in Partner Center following the steps described in this article
- Once the set up for Partner Center has been done by the site manager, the instructor should wait 24 to 48 hours before attempting to log in to ALC.
- Please escalate to us any issues linked to the above process, but only if the site manager has tried the steps described in the article, we will require also a screen-shot of the error message.
If we cannot fix it, then we will inform you to open a case with Partner Center directly.
Information needed:
- Partner CSN
- Site Name
- Site Manager (or Instructor) Name
- Email Address
- Access Role : Specify if Site Manager (delegated admin rights) or Instructor (basic access)
Contacts requesting access to Partner Center should be in PDB also
Partner Locator Visibility
- For new partners only, please complete this form , or you can ask the partner to complete it as well, address and products should match PDB so please review this before sending the form to us.
- You can add the logo to the form or send it separately.
Logo size: maximum is 200x90 pixels (we can reduce the size but if the image provided is too big, it may lose definition). - Please note that we can not update Account Names, Addresses and ZIP Codes – for such requests, kindly open a case with Partner Center directly (PSO Work Stream: Customer Master , as the CSN information needs to be updated).

ATC Portal Mailing List
To add a contact to your regional ATC Portal (login+ mailing list), please provide the below information:
- Full Name
- Email Address
Note: contacts requesting access to ATC Portal should be in PDB also
