ALP Site Authorization Templates (Interactive) - Now Available
Dear Distributors,
In addition to the digital renewal site certificates that we have sent you recently, we are pleased to be able to share with you the new Interactive Autodesk Learning Partner Site Authorization templates for FY25.
Distributor Reminder—Site Authorization templates and issuing Site Authorizations to a new or existing Learning Partner
Learning Partner Distributors can provide a Site Authorization Certificate to existing Learning Partners after they have paid their FY25 Annual Subscription Fee, and for new partners as part of the activation process.
Please make sure that all partners who will receive a certificate have a current Agreement in place with Autodesk.
This year's ATC & AAP Certificates have a new field : ''Approved Territory'' as well as an additional disclaimer at the bottom.
In the ''Approved Territory'' field, the Country to be added is the same as the Site Country.
Important: For ALP Partners in EEA & EFTA, you will need to select the applicable template to ensure that the disclaimer information is the right one.

How to use the certificates:
Please ensure that you select the correct template for your region as follows:
ATC & AAP Templates
1/ UK English – A4 paper size
2/ US English – AQ (US) paper size
3/ US English – A4 paper size
4/ Latin American Spanish (ESP) - AQ (US) paper size
5/ Kanji Characters with US English for use in GCR , Japan, Korea, Taiwan - A4 paper size
MTP
6/ US English - AQ (US) paper size
CTC
7/ US English - A4 paper size
Interactive PDF Templates
The interactive PDF files are editable in the assigned fields only. You will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed to access and fill the templates.
To issue a certificate, simply complete the editable sections of the document with your Partner’s information. Please note that the font and size have been locked down and cannot be changed.
To print the certificates, please ensure that you use the highest quality paper possible. We strongly recommend 140 gsm satin paper as this will produce a professional looking certificate. Please make sure that you have a suitable colour printer available.
If you wish to send the certificates electronically only -
- Populate the template
- Select 'Print to PDF' (as well as the Paper Size (A4, AQ...) and 'Fit to Page' Option if available (Note : Do not 'Save as')
