Dear Distributors,

In today's Friday Tips & Tricks, we would like to remind you how to check in PDB if you have pending ALP agreements (Click & Sign).

From the 'Agreements' section in PDB, you can filter your search, by selecting the Agreement Status, Country, Program Year, etc... and then export the results in a spreadsheet.

A legal contact should always be selected in PDB, under the Contact List, for the email notification to be received.

IMPORTANT: The agreement notification to the organisation legal contact is triggered when the site status is changed from 'Opportunity'to 'Pending', for new applications.

Please note that the agreement is to be signed by the legal contact and Autodesk before the activation process starts.
