Dear Distributors,

As the 30 days notices for the FY25 Terminations are coming to an end, we would like to remind you of the next steps of the termination process.
Once the 30 days have passed, please follow the steps below:

  1. Update PDB Entries – Change the Journal entries to “FY25 Terminated”
  2. Change the status of the Site/Organization to “Terminated”
  3. Fill in the Terminating Learning Partner Report and send it to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.:
ORG ID SITE ID CSN License Subscription Remove user access from Autodesk Systems: include contact first name, last name, & email address
