Dear Distributors,

Today we would like to share a tip on the instructors registration in PDB.

An instructor's profile should be unique, which means having one single profile with one ID.

To avoid duplicates in PDB, we therefore recommend when receiving new instructors applications, to do separate searches: one with the email and one with the instructor's name.

If a profile is found in PDB  with the same name but holding a different email, ask the instructor or site manager if there was a previous affiliation with an Autodesk Learning Partner and with which email (without sharing the data found in PDB).

If the information received matches PDB, then please update the existing profile accordingly and affiliate it to the applicable site.
