New Partner Portal - Testing Phase
Dear Distributors,
You probably remember that our team has been working on a project to create a new partner portal for the ALP program.
We are pleased to share that we have been given the ok by Autodesk to make the staging environment available for testing by the distributors.
We would be delighted if you wanted to take part in the testing.
It will be set up in two phases:
1) Review the baseline structure and content of the site and provide feedback
a. We will create a user account for you and ask you to log in as if you were a partner.
b. With this login you will be able to view the content on the site and we would like to ask you to go through the build-up and provide feedback.
c. We anticipate that the testing will take between 30 – 60 minutes in total.
d. Timeline: Monday 30th September to Friday 4th October.
2) The second stage includes testing the backend and operational process.
a. We will create an administrator account for you so that you can add and remove users, edit and add articles, set up email notifications.
b. A guide with instructions will be provided and we will ask you to test those workflows and provide feedback.
c. We anticipate that the testing will take maximum 90 minutes in total.
d. Timeline: Monday 7th October to Friday 11th October.
Our team will remain available throughout the testing period to answer questions and capture your feedback.
